I understand the urge to point people at the FAQ, but being a 
newbie to SWT I know that the answer in the FAQ is currently not 
all that helpful since it states

"The swt.jar and ARM Pocket PC dll are available from the 
Eclipse download page."

but it doesn't tell you that the latest release (2.1) does not 
include the PocketPC software and that you need to grab it from 
something more recent like the M1 stable build download page:
