The last time this came up on the newsgroup, an IBMer replied, "Don't 
believe everything you read on the Internet."

We're still shooting for an early beta to be released this quarter, just 
like it says on our web site.  :-)

Depends on what you need.  See http://eclipsewiki.swiki.net/145 for the 
status of all known Eclipse GUI builder projects.  Of course, I'm 
partial... ;-)
