[news.eclipse.platform.swt] how to pack a SWT stand alone app?

Well, my tool is getting
somewhere now i'd like to be able to
give it to some other people. But how
do i do it, without asking them to DL
eclipse?

I figured how to make a proper ant build
wich does pack me a jar out of my classes.
but that one doesn't contain the swt.jar
and the dll's / so's. or what ever is needed
on the other systems.

could anyone point me out to a document wich
describes that? or just tell me how i'd have
to pack it? ( and what is additionally required
to get a SWT application running, beside the
Java Runtime Environment )
