[news.eclipse.platform.swt] internal frames in swt

Hi,

I've been trying to get SWT to working and so far things are ok. Got stuck
on one point though. I need to have internal frames in the main
window/shell and these should not cross the main shell/window boundary
something like the pakage explorer/outline type windows in the Eclipse
IDE. Any ideas of how I can do this?
