[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Xp look and feel

I have just create my first simple appliction using swt. I have a shell with
a menu. On windows XP the menu gives me the following behaviour: When the
menu is clicked it changes to white background. Is this a bug . How do i get
the XP look & feel menu?
