This would be true if JFace is being used as a part of the Eclipse 
platform (ie: in a plug-in).

It's less clear to me where the line is if JFace is being used as a part 
of a standalone SWT application.  In that case, I think this would be an 
appropriate forum since it's where all the other standalone SWT 
applications will be discussed.
