[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Re: [jface.viewers] May CellLabelProvider.update be called by clients?

I would expect that a redraw leads to callbacks into the ownerdraw
listeners who call back to the update()-method.

IIRC the FocusManager or something in this pipeline also issues redraws
of certain parts of the viewer when you navigate from cell to cell.
