[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Using the RCP runtime download

Hi all.

I've build my application inside the development environment, and 
everything went ok.

Now, I want to use an external RCP runtime.

I set the target runtime to my external RCP runtime, but the 
org.eclipse.ui.views.properties.PropertyDescriptor can't be found...

Is there a place where I can download the single eclipse plugins I need?
Or, should I take them from my development environment?
