[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Remove Minimize bar

Hi all,

when i minimize a view, the view is placed on a toolbar at the right side, 
left side or at the bottom. This is very confusing for users so i want 
that every view is placed at the BOTTOM toolbar. how can i do that?
