Thanks for your answer RacerNewbie.
But I would like to get the version which is defined in the overview page 
of the .product file, in order to define one time this version. And in my 
plugin.properties I get :

aboutText=\n\nMy RCP Application Name\n\
Version: {myVersion}\n\n\
My RCP application will slice bread, make coffee\n\
and is good for the environment.\n\
\n\

All Rights Reserved.\n

Do you know how which key I can use to get my product version?
