[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Programitically Load Perspectives

Hello - 

I have an RCP app that is launched using webstart.  On startup, I'd like 
the app to contact the server and get the current perspective for the 
user.  Once I've retrieved that perspective, how can I programitically 
load it?
