There is a nice documentation on how to internationalize our eclipse 
plugins.

I am able to internationalize sucessfully after I followed steps mentioned 
in the above article, but how do we inetrnalize base eclipse UI plugins.

For example OK, Cancel buttons in the MessageDialog. Do we need to create 
fragmanets plugins for base eclipse plugins or are they already tranlated 
and ready to ship with my eclipse plugins.

Could you please guide me on this?
