[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Popup Menu on rightclik Toolbar push button

I have an AS_CHECK_BOX action that is added to a toolbar.  The action is run
when I left click the button.  However I want a popup menu to appear when I
right click the button.  Is there a way to achieve this?
