[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Update plugins

I have my RCP application and I want to add a new plugin (ViewPart as 
jar file) only copy plugin into directory 'plugins'. When I do so this 
plugin does not appear in my application. Why? Where is the problem?
I don't have any update site project or feature project.
