Hi Guang Zhu,

Yes, i have validated all the points listed by you,
i have contributed the menu to load the perspective of the plug-in...
i am able to see the perspective and views from the plug-in (only menu 
contribution is missing)

Please help me out how i can debug/resolve this issue
