If you would want that feature (remote contextual help), you could open 
a Request for Enhancement for it in Eclipse Bugzilla.

As they're wrapping up Eclipse 3.4 now for June's GA, the team will 
start looking at enhancements to plan for the next Eclipse release.

And choose the link that says "Enter an enhancement/feature"
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_feature.cgi

And choose the Platform link, as the help system code is part of Platform.

This way, if one of you open it, then the rest of us who would like that 
function can vote for it, and maybe it'll get more consideration for the 
plan! :-)
