And apparently you have the begining of an answer!

Could you please tell me how you have centralized your help-system on a 
server ? What do you mean exactly by infocenter-mode ? I am looking for any 
link, article, documentation to perform this...even if contextual help do 
not work, that would still be a good start.

As you have guessed, I do not have answer to your questions, sorry for 
that...
