Does this plugin also provide a url
authenticator which uses this information. Also is their any UI dialog
to prompt for an unauthenticated response.

I tried putting org.eclipse.ui.net into
the help search but it says nothing found.

How can these properties be set as I
currently pick up the IE proxy settings for windows users automatically.
