[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Resizable ControlContribution like AddressBar?

I want to create an ToolBar Item which looks like AddressBar.I'm able to create that item and it is working fine but i want to resize this item when i resize my application but it is cutting when i resize my application.

Can i make any ContributionItem Resizable?
and how?
