[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] can I still use "Eclipse Rich Client Platform: Designing.." as a guide?

I'm learning Eclipse RCP/plugin and reading "Eclipse Rich Client Platform: Designing, Coding, and Packaging Java(TM) Applications"
Many guys said it's a good book for eclipse rcp.
But since it used Eclipse 3.1 while now it's 3.3 and I even failed to run its second sample code on my "Eclipse for rcp/plugin developer".

Do you think the main concept is still the same, so I can keep using this book and just try to fix the sample code problem every time I meet or I should turn to another good reference?

I find the documents/books for Eclipse 3 are rare.
Seems I can only refer to Eclipse 3 help at "http://help.eclipse.org/help33/index.jsp";. :(

Thank you in advance.
