Hum, ok, I didn't try it yet but if I assume this is the lack,
I don't understand how the IDE makes an executable without the Delta 
pack installed (as I didn't download it) and why the headless build have 
a different behavior.

Btw, thanks to Alex, copying and renaming eclipse.exe works fine :) (but 
isn't very "clean")
