Hi,

I get the same problem when exporting internationalized (*.nl1) plugins, 
(what perfectly worked in Eclipse 3.2.2).

Problems during export
  Unable to find plug-in: com.ibm.icu.nl1_3.4.5.v200609270227. Please 
check the error log for more details.


What does the error log says in your case?  My error log lists errors 
like this:
