So did mine (after I had spotted a new
plugin, cant remember its name but it was an existing name with a .net
on the end).

At that point it just said it could
not find the product and no other errors.

I also tried exporting and creating
a launch and in both cases none of my plugins were added.

I went to the product.xml file, deleted
all the features, then re-added them and Voila, it all magically started
working.
