Hi,

This problem occurs only when I have the RCP patch installed. Looks like 
the RCP patch feature installs a newer version of osgi bundle, but the 
RCP feature requires org.eclispse.osgi_3.2.1R32x_v20060619. Even though 
both bundles are available, some how the export does not seem to find 
the required one.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this. Is this a bug in the export wizard?
