[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Effort saving using RCP

I am trying to arrive at approximate figures of what would be the general effort saving by using RCP/Eclipse against developing the project in Swing without RCP/SWT. Though, it will be very specific to the project/features etc, can you give general approximate information on what was the total effort of your project and how much is the appx. effort you would have saved by using RCP, categorizing the effort saving with respect to the built-in features provided by RCP
eg:
Total effort of the project - 500 PDs
Effort saving because of RCP -
Help management - 30 PDs 
Menu & Toolbar management - 20 PDs
Window/Workbench management - 20PDs
Jobs - 10PDs
Plug-in management - 30PDs
General framework - 40 PDs
etc
