I have found what seems to be a bug in the context sensitive help in 3.1.1
If I use infopops it works fine.
If I use the view, the first time I press F1 the help view opens but has no content.
If I press F1 with the view already open it displays the content as expected.
Can someone confirm as I am new to this Eclipse stuff
Also as a workaraound how do I set the infopop as the default programmatically.
