In my opinion, the Eclipse help system is a pain in the ass. In many
systems firewalls will prevent the help from startingup as it has its own
internal Tomcat server.
If you are targetting only WIndows, you are better off creating a
Microsoft chm file and launching it from your RCP app using System.run()
