Thank you very much all of you.

I've already tried (among other things) what is described in the previous post, but it didn't work. Probably I have done anything wrong.

Anyway, I created another plug-in project that is only with the libraries. It works now, so I won't waste more time with  this annoying (and stupid) detail.

I'm sure that this process could be easier. I sure hope that the Eclipse team will find a solution, probably in 3.3 because 3.2 has the same problem.
