[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] JAR deployed with RCP Application

Greetings,

I?m developing a Rich Client Application using the Eclipse RCP. This application needs to connect to a MySql Database, so I?m using a JDBC Driver packed in a Jar.
The application runs well inside Eclipse, but when I deploy it the driver can not be loaded. 
I?m deploying JDBC Jar with the application, but it looks like that the application can?t locate the driver.

I doubt this is the correct way to do it. Can someone give me a hint?
