Does anyone know where to get the example code for Hyperbola referenced in chapter 23 of the RCP book? This is the chapter that discusses the details of structuring projects for a large development targeting many products. The examples are referenced in the book but missing from the CD.

Nothing about them is available on the books web site, and there is no feedback mechanism to ask about this.
