[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] Modeless Wizard

I'm using several different wizards in my ui, but now i need the ability to drag objects from the ui to the wizard, but can't because the wizard is modal.

Is there any way to change the wizard to modeless and have it retain top-most focus so the user can interact with the rest of the app and the wizard at the same time?
