[news.eclipse.platform.rcp] disable action on coolbar

Hi All,

I created an action via extension point to coolbar which works like save 
action in eclipse. The action will refresh the selected editor and when 
no editors open it should be disabled, but I do not know how to reach 
the coolbar action and how to disable it.
