Thanks guys.

So, would it be a good idea to define "Included features" rather than 
plug-ins in my base feature?  That way it would also be clear which 
version of the Eclipse features are being used, in case some future plugin 
needs some particular feature.  Additionally, the eclipse features could 
be updated independently.
