Hi Vince,
You only have :
* to put in your plugin.xml file a link to
org.eclipse.core.runtime.applications,
* to create your Application class and consorts,
* to make a product
thans to export your plugin as an application ...
Once this is done, the good news is that :
* first you have a stand alone application
* second, if you put the generated applicatyion as a plugin into your
workbench, it runs as a normal plugin :)
So you can have in the same time the best of the both worlds
