I don't know how to open the web page editor to edit an HTML file.
I used windows>Preferences>General>Editors>FileAssociations When I click
on .htm or .html the associated editor is Web Page Editor.
But in File > OpenFile , browse to a .htm file and right click "open
with" does NOT show web page editor as an option. If I just left click
on the file, the html source is displayed in the standard editor. The
special toolbar for the web page editor does not appear.
