[news.eclipse.newcomer] Adding "Save All" button next to "Save" on toolb

I can't figure out how to add buttons to toolbars.  I also want to add "Run to cursor" in the debug toolbar.  

I've looked at help and found how to enable/disable the buttons that are available in a toolbar but there doesn't seem to be any way to add additional buttons to a toolbar.  Is this so? 

Any help would be appreciated.
