[news.eclipse.newcomer] Best Practice

Hi, 

We are about to use Eclipse in a team environment and I'm wondering what 
is the best practice in terms of ensuring each team member has an 
identical setup and configuration of Eclipse? For example - ensure we all 
have the same plugins, everyones code is formatted the same, all 
installations have the same actions on save etc. etc.
