[news.eclipse.newcomer] Designer for Drawing shapes

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out

i need to draw a few figures using basic shapes like rectangle ,polygon 
etc on a JPanel or consider a GUI

The figure is a little complicated.they are static figures only.

So drawing it from the program is a little complicated and moreover i need 
to place a few controls like a textbox on these figures.So 
programmatically  drawing choice is totally ruled out.

Is there any designer like the visual editor where you can drag and drop 
shapes onto the window????

I really need this ...please make the solution clear too.Any quick help is 
appreciated
