I believe those products, while they happen to be based on Eclipse, have 
their own tech support?

Anyway, it sounds like that line got truncated on a space (i.e., C:\Program 
Files\...) so maybe there is an error in the installation script?  Try 
installing it into a different directory, without spaces, like c:\websphere.
