[news.eclipse.newcomer] Error markers not appearing in Navigator view

Hi All,

I had removed a dependency from the manifes.mf of the plugin, and rebuilt 
it.In some classes where dependency was there does not show the error 
markers in the navigator,project exlporer,package explorer.Though when i 
open the class the error markers appear in the classes.
For some classes it happen for some it not.
Please help me out here.
