What would be the best way to distribute eclipse pre-configured to
developers who may be remote / in house. With everything they need already
setup... ie... subclipse installed, cfeclispe installed, aptana installed,
svnAnt installed, jsch installed.
At first I was just thinking dragging the eclipse directory... and im not
sure if this would work completely. Along that thread of thought I was
also thinking... hell we could just check the entire eclipse folder into
SVN and have them grab that. Make it very easy to have them grab the
updates that they need etc...
Any thoughts... I realize there is a .eclipse directory with settings
hidden somewhere... i stumble across it sometimes when its late at night.
I am not sure if this directory is simply user settings and could be
ignored for the most part... There are some any properties that would have
to be set for certain builds... but im guessing that could be done by
hand.
