I'm not sure what you mean by "Through Eclipse Editor, i am running a
program..." but I guess you start a program using the Run button. In
this case it doesn't help to increase the memory limits on Eclipse.
You have to set memory limits in your run configuration. You can do
this using the "Run/Run configurations..." dialog.
