[news.eclipse.newcomer] get the value of a property of a stereotype

hello,I have the problem 	
with eclipse.I have created a model with magic Draw and i have esported 
this model in eclipse.
Following "Introducing with Profile" I have created the stereotype and 
their property, but when I use applyStereotype(stereotipo,profilo) the 
program return run time error.
Why?
