SWT is part of the Platform project (http://www.eclipse.org/platform/) and is thus included in the Ganymede update site (http://download.eclipse.org/releases/ganymede). That site should already be in your list of Available Software sites, and "Eclipse Platform" is found under the Enabling Features category.
