Is there a viable free XPath plugin for Eclipse 3.3.2?

I've looked at two so far. One seemed to be just an idea that was never implemented, and the other barely works, with significant problems.

The XPath-Developer plugin seemed like it might work at first, but it has significant display and operational problems. I don't see any way to report issues with it or see any existing issues.
