[news.eclipse.newcomer] Ganymede question

Hi,

I installed the latest release of Ganymede and have a question:

- In Europa, I could type 'pub', press 'Ctrl-Space' and a public method 
shell would be generated in the editor, in Ganymede, the box says 'No 
default proposals'.  Is there a setting that will enable this 
functionality in Ganymede?
