Is there a more appropriate newsgroup to talk about this kind of thing?

If one was to want to add such functionality, what class is the "About" 
dialog handled?  

Looking around some, I find the TPTP project.  Would it be possible to 
utilize some capabilities from the TPTP project to get some of this?
