[news.eclipse.newcomer] Facing Problems Installing the FTP and Webdav pl

Hi,

I am facing Facing Problems Installing the FTP and Webdav plugin 3.1x.

I downloaded plug-in from

I am following this procedure given at this link

1. Unzipped the plug-in in the directory that contains your Eclipse 
directory. For instance if you unzipped Eclipse in C:\myDev\, also unzip 
the FTP and Webdav plugin in C:\myDev\. 
2. Start Eclipse and check that the FTP and Webdav plug-in is installed by 
clicking on Help > About Eclipse. Click on Feature details. The FTP and 
Webdav plug-in should be listed.

My problem is that sometimes it shows plug-in but sometimes it doesn't.

When it doesn't work then I tried this method also.

I copied files of "Features" && " Plugin" folders present under FTP and 
Webdav folder to "Features" && " Plugin" folders under Eclipse folder.

Again same issue, sometimes it shows plug-in but sometimes it doesn't.

Please give best solution for this.

I have 1 more problem.

I have installed HP OCMP Voice Application Developer Toolkit plug-in also.

Before you create a VoiceXML project or CCXML project in Eclipse,we have 
to set the preferences for them

When I click on Windows>>Preferences>>Select "Open Call Voice Application" 
Then it is not opening properly. I cannot select "Schema Version" && 
"Testing Mode". As Display is not proper.
Rest of Applications are opening properly.

Please help me ASAP.
