Yes. However, I didn't state the question correctly.

Using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V I can paste clipboard
contents into Add Watch Expression dialog. However, this
action requires me take my hand away from the mouse. :-) :-(
Is it possible to enable a context menu for the Add Watch
Expression dialog which would enable me to paste using the mouse?
