[news.eclipse.newcomer] upgrade to 3.2 from 3.1

Hi all

I've been using 3.1 on Windoze now for a couple of months and would like to 
upgrade to 3.2 so I can use the latest hibernate tools plugin

Can anyone direct me to some instructions regarding how to install 3.2 and 
then somehow link to all of the plugins and environment setup I already have 
in 3.1?

I'd like to avoid doing a complete reinstall and reconfiguration if at all 
possible.
